How does it work?

On receiving your enquiry, BeerBelle will set up a preliminary meeting with you to explore what you want to achieve from your Beer Event. She will be able to guide you through various options and offer her expert advice on what would work best for you.

Once an event plan has been agreed, BeerBelle will assist liaising with suppliers, caterers, the venue management, and the promotion of the event. 

Two weeks prior to your event, BeerBelle will provide a detailed itinerary to ensure smooth execution and delivery of your event. And of course iron out any issues which may have cropped up!

On the Beer Event date, BeerBelle will be on site at least 1 hour prior to guests arriving to ensure all requirements have been met. She will greet all your guests personally, and then host the event. In between teaching guests about different beer styles and how to taste them (yes, this is a science), she will give a fascinating insight into the world of beer: information about where it originated, why particular styles emerged, debunk some common myths about beer, what individual ingredients contribute to beer, all interspersed amusing anecdotes and stories

All you need to do is sit back, relax, and watch your guests have a great time.
